Will the RSF capture Dilling by March 31?

This market will resolve to “Yes” if the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) capture Dilling (https://maps.app.goo.gl/Y6TG54DDYXMKvFRaA) by March 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".
